Responsibilities:
• Content Development and Editorial Oversight: Craft and refine articles that align with ALMA’s vision, ensuring they captivate and engage readers. Oversee the editorial process from conception to publication, maintaining high standards across all content.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of writers and freelancers, providing them with the feedback and guidance necessary to produce top-notch work consistently.
• Trend Identification and Network Expansion: Keep a pulse on cultural trends, attend pivotal events, and broaden your network to discover fresh stories and perspectives that resonate with our audience.
• Collaborative Integration: Collaborate closely with the visual design team to ensure that text and graphics merge seamlessly, enhancing the overall reader experience.
• Quality Control: Uphold and enhance ALMA's editorial standards by meticulously fact-checking all content and infusing each piece with engaging and polished flair.
